Swisstronik CLI is tool for environments without Intel SGX support. If you want to setup node, check "Node Setup" docs

If you have environment without Intel SGX support or you do not want to install additional SGX libraries, you can use swisstronikcli to interact with Swisstronik Network (send transactions, queries, use debug commands).
